Private Bank - Case Study
Phil was engaged in 2019 to start an exciting project working with an already fully functional sales team. The focus of the training was structured into 2 phases.

Phase 1: Advanced Sales Dynamics Training (ASD)

In the first part of the training Phil worked closely with the Banks already high performing sales team. The team undertook the full ASD workshop which included the DiSC Sales Profiling tool which they completed online prior to the live training. Once on the live training many different techniques and models were explored as well as using the profiling tool to add value to personality traits relevant to the training.

Phase 2: Continued Sales Skills Development & Positive Psychology and Mental Resilience

Once the initial Phase 1 training was completed we moved onto the second part of the programme where we added monthly workshops aimed at meeting 2 clear goals.

  1. Improve skills incrementally over more sustained and gradual approach, achieved by education and also coaching support for the sales team.
  2. Mental Health & Resilience training which utilises elements of Positive Psychology to develop a preventative and proactive approach to improving resilience and mental health.
