What is the PQ Mentoring Scheme? .

PQ-Performance are extremely proud to launch our 2020 Mentoring Scheme and our vision is very simple:

To support, develop, educate and inspire our coaches to explode and thrive their businesses within 1 year.

With only 10 places per year we are hugely excited to launch our 2020 cohort. During this year the coaches on the mentoring scheme will look at every facet of a modern coaching business and able the mentorees to improve and develop not only their technical skills but also the support skills needed to be successful in business.

Often it is not the technical skills of a coach that causes failure within coaching business but more likely the ability to reach their target market. With this in mind part of the course will be:

Media training with Angus Sung.

Professional short videos and pictures for social media & websites.

Facebook advertising training.

How to connect and leverage all of your social channels.

Tips & tricks to remove the headache of posting.

The importance of YouTube and how to build an audience.

Website creation and e-commerce.

Added to this when we designed the programme we wanted a way for the mentorees to build confidence and also where possible make some money. Within the programme is the opportunity to do this with:

Seconding NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner courses and being paid in the following locations:

  • Barcelona
  • Dubai
  • Dublin
  • Isle of Man
  • London
  • Manchester

Hosting and delivering your own 1-day Diploma in NLP in your local city / region which is fully branded and supported by PQ-Performance and gives you around 80% of the profit (minimum Master Practitioner NLP).

Be assigned a rising sports star to build your authority and improve confidence.

Have clients assigned to you from PQ-Performance in your local area.
