Happy Chappy Guide .
We live in such unprecedented times it can occasionally feel almost surreal. I believe our collective resilience is being tested like no other time in the last 100 years apart from the two world wars, that alone speaks volumes for the situation we find ourselves in.
This ‘Happy Chappy Guide’ was born out of my first-hand experience watching my fiancées mental health decline over a short 6-week period during the first lockdown. I quickly realised that the behaviours we were both engaging in, often with positive intent, were contributing to hers and mine decline. I initially designed this as a coaching intervention with the intention on focusing specifically on habits & behaviours, this then later evolved into this 1-hour presentation which now finds itself as 1-day interactive workshop.
